Airlines use Blockchain technology

I heard some news saying that there is a cooperation between Boeing and Honeywell, the two aviation giants, in tracking and selling billion-dollar aircraft parts using blockchain technology.  

Do you expect that this will help spreading crypto and moving currencies to the better?

Can you post a link to the source because this is really vague. I don't know how blockchain is planned to be used in this case but i highly doubt it has anything to do with permissionless cryptocurrencies.

This is interesting and of course the Blockchain technology is very very ideal for Airlines company about the management and faster transaction, also with Blockchain technology will process any data in sort time record.

It is obvious. Airlines have a very complex and busy database. It is blockchain that can very well offload this network and improve the work of all airlines in general. Now the blockchain has begun to go into all areas of our lives, this is very good, with it our life will become much easier.

I guess they can use the Ethereum Network for that, the same way E&Y is. The reasons they need a blockchain are not really that different and they will definetly cut costs with it's intergration, while increasing transparency and R&D at the same time.

It is simple that whenever crypto is used in any project. It increases the use of crypto. Obviously use by big companies increases the reputation of crypto and other companies/public also think to bring it into their life. So It would help to promote crypto.

I think that is the great start from the Airlines Company by accepting the cryptocurrency. Airline can sell tickets by accepting payments in the cryptocurrency.We know payment made from cryptocurrency will be fast, secured and transparent to everyone.

This is a rather vague post and it does not show the source from which you obtained this information. I have not heard anything about the news that you are reporting. Please share the link to which you are referring so that i can also check out eh link and see if what you are saying is true, because this sounds very interesting to me and i think that there could possibly be a future in what you are speaking about here.

Indeed, this step will be the most encouraging to publish cryptocurrencies and make them legal, especially since some airports have placed Bitcoin ATMs inside them. This cooperation between airports and airlines will be a strong supporter of encryption and Bitcoin in particular.

Actually companies which deals on aircraft parts, doesn't really make sense when having to use the block chain technology as the relation there cannot be integrated, as if it was a an airline transport company it would have made more sense

I think this is more related to how for instance European harbors use blockchain technology to trace and follow shipping containers, or how e.g. bananas and other exotic fruits can be traced back to the origin.

 

So that uses blockchain technology, but has little to do with crypto currency.

I haven't heard about that my friend, but i wish if it could be true. Bitcoin has helped me a lot and changed my life completely, i cover many things with it. It will be good if i can cove the airplane ticket with bitcoin too and save my money.
