Banning/Warning Appeal

Here you can submit a request for appeal only if you are 100% sure that you have not violated the rules(read the rules carefully!), your account will be carefully checked and you can only make your situation worse.I immediately warn that this is an experimental innovation, but if you will do a large number of inappropriate requests - the topic will be closed.

The following requests are accepted:
1) Ban removal
2) Removing a warning point

Rules for creating applications:

1) Your nickname on the forum (which is appealed)
2) profile link
3) Your full description of the problem
4) Summon the moderator / moderators who gave you WP (example below)

Example : @epidemia @Alex077 @Desais @Bigpat @ayatoslaw 

(An application can be written by only user who received a ban or warning point NOT wrong users)

You can get a full withdrawal (ban and warning point), as well as a mitigation of punishment in the form of a trial period, if the moderator considers this appropriate.

Keep track of the status of your request, if the request is approved, its status will change.

There are statuses:

1) Under review
2) Completed / rejected / add. verification

Also, after checking, the status of your appeal will change, and the moderator will leave a comment in your appeal (optional).

Prohibited:
1) DON'T write moderators personal messages, create topics with requests, all the applications are viewed only IN THIS TOPIC, DON'T CREATE the same topics, they will be closed, and messages ignored.
2)So didn't need to write about that you didn't know about the rules or didn't understand/read it. Such applications will be REJECTED.
3) Re-appeal

This list is subject to change by moderators.

All messages in this topic except user requests will be deleted, and violators will be punished.

3) I got a warning point due to commenting on Tron Staking topic, now that topic may have been closed. This point is given under the copy/paste rule, but when I commented it was not the rule.

In future, I will not do any such thing.

I got 2 warning points because I shared a few articles from my website. While the the article/topic where I showed "how to sign a message with electrum" got stickied, others got deleted and given 2 warning points. To me I was sharing good stuff maybe I was on the spammy side but it is not like I shared 10 articles in 1 day, it was 4-5 articles as far as I remember. Ever since I try to be a good member. Any chance for a recovery?

Problem descipltion:

I am new member and i am doing my best to follow the rules and regulation and avoiding spaming.i have commented on  topic: Robee token is listed on yobit.my commemt is reported as spam and i got 2 warning posts never  expire.i was so shocked that i got depressed and does not post more posts.i am requesting you kindly remove my warning points and give a chance to do my best .i am not posting spamms because i know what will happend to me and my comment is also deleted .so kindly forgive me as newbie.i shall be very thankful to you Respected sir.waiting for your reply.

I have been doing everything right; then i got a warning point for comment on this thread but my comment was not a request, i mixed the word messages with posts in the quote below (I'm not native English speaker) and way i said just one point it's no big deal.

then I got another Warning point yesterday i think, it said; "Similar post, Unuseful". But i don't remember writing  a similar post on purpose, all i know is sometimes, i write posts when i try to post i get waiting time, on such post when i finally get to post it the content still saves itself on the textarea and I assume i did not send it before, how do i forget, because maybe i was on another tab, sometimes I notice and deletes them, if that one slipped how is it my fault?

 

Maybe I made a mistake, but mistakes are brought by obstacles of some kind, should i get banned for mistakes. And I gotta ask am i gonna get banned, two points is like I'm close to it.

So i request removal of all the points for as you can see my profile is all legit and I f i did anything wrong was a mistake.

Not certainly in that way. This rule applies only to minor offenses.
You can always ask in PM moderators who issued the appropriate punishment.

You use two accounts and then ask them to be restored. It won’t work out that way.
You can use one new account. Only one! Allow as an exception.

3. Hello good day. I just want to ask why my account is banned by @Bigpat? I just want to know what account has the same IP and Devices like me. Because I am pretty sure that I only have 1 account. Last time I have created a new account for my friend and I used my device to create that one. But after that account creation, I didn't do anything on it and already gave it to my friend. I do not know why I am banned since I am not using two accounts at the same time. Kindly check please.
