If Bitcoin fails at least at a very high percentage, it is most likely that the entire market will fail at very serious levels of capitalization, the rules are simple, if an asset ceases to use its value it is practically null, we have already seen that in many cases and it is understood that not all assets are 100% recoverable but in the case of crypto, the value is determined by the users who carry the units, so it is somewhat difficult for Bitcoin to fail almost even at a zero percent level.
There are many rules to apply to the Blockchain ecosystem that will surely strengthen its level of volatility and stability.

I don't think bitcoin will fail because if it fails, it will affect in all cryptocurrency and maybe if bitcoin fails cryptocurrency is gone because is the mother cryptocurrency is bitcoin.

If he fails, some other coin can. Thousands of coins are on the market and new projects are constantly emerging. Although I would not be so worried about Bitcoin. This is an active cow. Until this cow brings milk it will not be infected. So we can still make money on bitcoin

Just look what happened in last year when it falled to $3.5k and you must know how it came back to $10k again. We all are seeing how Bitcoin rises and falls back for some stages. If you are holder, then don't worry about these Volatile just hope and pray the God for your better future and if it is in luck, then all will be fine.

If Bitcoin fails, people will no longer believe in cryptocurrency. But I think Bitcoin will  not fail because it's supported by many fans and users.

Bitcoin won't die without collateral damage, this could be colossal. I'm not sure ETH or any other present alt will be safe when something like this occurs. We could be witness of corporate takeover, and we can forget for decentralization like never been happen. Death is one what scares me, dividing of BTC will make more damage and big money can help this happen..

From early start of ETH i listening stories about how ETH is going to replace Bitcoin, which is absurd to me, and if happen anyway it will come from an decentralized, people's platform, which will be so good, ground will shake from it.We are far from this moment Bitcoin is still king and won't  go without blood.

I think it will greatly affect the whole market as like what you said it almost 60% of the entire crypto market. We all know that crypto market is dictated by the price of bitcoin if its up the others will up too vice versa when the price is down.

But in my point of view bitcoin is not easy to collapse by other alternatives coin, because bitcoin is first cryptocurrency with biggest users. Majority of cryptocurrency users put their trust into bitcoin. That's right ethereum has high price and good future but i think it still too hard to replace bitcoin.

You already know the market dominance is done by bitcoin, it can make you imagine what happens if bitcoin fails. although seen bitcoin will not fail, when bitcoin has dominated the market.

In my opinion if bitcoin fails. First the crypto loses many users and leaves, causing crypto end. The second is users still believe in crypto and try to switch to other cryptocurrency that has at least the top rank, here a new era of crypto will emerge.

Even if bitcoin totally fails (which is not predictable) that doesn't mean the world of all crypto currencies would come to an end. There may be still lots of other valid coins. Some people believe that economic theory of cryptocurrency is something beyond crypto coins. It is the concept that matters not just the coins.

I don't think bitcoin will fail suddenly out of nowhere! Even if it fails, it can be predicted to some extent. heavy investors can soon exchange their BTCs to USD and avoid losing lots of their investments. Gradual loss of value is more expected than sudden lose of value.

Blockchain technology is more important than bitcoin and will continue evolving.

This question is often asked, it's just that we are not in that condition.

Bitcoin fail altcoin also fails, this has an impact on the name cryptocurrency. Most likely it will be the end of cryptocurrency, as we know that bitcoin which dominates the cryptocurrency market, can fail.
