How to secure your wallet , exchange wallet, local wallet and online wallets

I agree, exchanges are not completely secure and it is not good to have assets unless you are a trader, it is best to use a wallet that you control yourself and it is your responsibility to protect private keys and passwords.
I consider Metamask to be a bit easier to use within existing online wallets and I have not tried MyEtherWallet.

This is also very important but not available in all websites that are using the google authentication method. 2fa secures our wallets and online websites but also it could become a nuisance when we can't remove it in case we lose the mobile device we have the authenticator installed.

You are right my friend, securing our wallets depends on ourselves as how we can secure the wallet. There are many ways to secure the wallet in which enables the 2fa security system that can help a lot in your security of wallet. It helps you to access to your wallet only by you. You should also keep the private key in secure place such as computer, that will help you for the future use. You should not tell anyone the password or private key to anyone.

Exactly for non-custodial wallet either it's MyEtherWallet or Trust Wallet or Metamask we must keep the seed phrase and private keys in secure place so that even in case of phone-loss we could recover them.

It have to be a Desktop Wallet. The keys must be saved on the flash, not in computer. The seed phrases must be saved on the paper. Not in computer.

You can't create simple passwords to log in to your wallet. Always use a variety of passwords that you don't use on other sites. Use double authentication. I would also personally advise you to keep money in several wallets as i do it myself.

Online wallet and local wallet are different to each other there is too much different in these two wallets.In online wallet you can't full access you just create your account and exchange or save your money but in local wallet your full access through your cell phone you can change its restrictions and see other things.
