Hello my dear friend. In my opinion i don't so that if ico will rise back again in the market. ICO and IEO has a bad image in the peoples. Mostly consider all the ico project a scam without even trying.

ICO days has gone and may never surface. Most project seems to be executing on whitepaper as against a working product and end to be a scam. IEO is also not a save haven. KoinPro is at the edge of providing an alternative to minimize risk

I still have some high hopes for the future of altcoins, they are maybe in the low price now but I am sure if crypto continues to be the real payment future altcoins should get to very better prices.

It depends on many factors but I think they will have a good market again, but don't know exactly when, bitcoin dominance is over 60% for a very long time and for altcoins to get to higher value bitcoin dominance should decrease to 50% or less, crypto market needs to show a little bit more stability against bad news/conditions so that normal investors dare to invest their money into crypto and many of them will buy altcoins when they are more sure about the market.

ICO will not be hyped like three years back in 2017 when 75% of it turned to be scam. Now, most people read about the scam and they fear to invest. I am good example that can not invest on ICO because of the bad history.

I remember in the old days I made bounty videos for red-hot ICOs. So, I can say that after the middle of 2018 there was no point in ICO. 99.9%, if not more, various kinds of scams or severe minuses. I worked with 300+ projects, as a result, literally 2 pieces of money poured dollars. The hype went to ICO very quickly, and even more so on IEO. Now DeFi is booming and no one needs IEO again

Now many ico's are scammed. Some of that are not scam, have no support of the market, that have released it, so the token price is much lower than you was expecting to. Now Defi's are on raise, so i advice you to participate in it.

The community no longer believes in the ICO project because they may always suffer losses, but I myself still hope that the ICO is accepted again by the way their projects show seriousness and some projects succeed then this will make ICO favored by investors in coin, 😉

The time of ICO has pass, many people have been scammed from ICO. I don't think ICO will rise again because so many people has loose interest and has a negative view about it.

I do not think ICO will be able to see market again, people do not want to lose their money they invest on ICO, people do not want to be scammed, which makes ICO not to be like before. People prefer IEO now which is better and reliable that ICO.

I think the market is moving between different names that are catchy and try with marketing to promote each niche that makes some projects different. ICO was for all of them and once it failed as a model then interest moved to IEO then DeFi and other forms.

@spyaquino Well, for any coins that are new and yet to be launched, ICO are the factors that are likely to change the fortune of newly formed coins. Since, Initial Coin offering(ICO) are more focused on promotions and sponsoring them with airdrops/bounties, this would help companies to sell or make people invest on their new coins, and make people believe that their investments will be more profitable if they invest in ICO. Since, ICO are launched with the motive of promotions and earnings from their newborn coins.

At the moment, I believe that ICOs are no longer the trend, projects prefer to conduct IEOs on more reputable exchanges. Because investors can trust in the ability of the exchange to appraise projects and invest a lot in the project. Binance IEOs have been very successful.
Aside from Token-Sale, as you can see, the current market is DeFi 🙂

I don't think ico can rise again a lot of people being scammed and ICO right now have negative .so maybe ICOs will not be as ble to have market again .and it falls to the investors to only invest where the assurances are met .
