As there is already mentioned in the rules and regulations of the forum that plagiarism is strictly prohibited, I don't know why the people do this? Yeah, I know that this forum has banned some countries and will not get payments from this forum. The administration of this forum have made good decision to banned them because all the spammers are coming from these countries.
