From reading the rules and the payments it seems that perhaps posts that get likes will be paid with bitcoin but I do not know exactly and wait for new announcement on this matter. If you do not post again because your topic goes viral, you will not be paid again. It is pay by post. And that does not mean you will not be banned if you do something to against the rules.
