Hello and welcome to cryptotalk at first i suggest you to read all the forums , rules and regulations of cryptotalk and your first 100 post will not be paid its just like an entrance exam to be eligible . After your 100 posts per day your 30 post will be counted and you will be paid for that 30 post per day and let me add one more thing don't stop after completing your 30 posts add 4 or 5 comments too sometimes some post gets deleted so in this way you will have backup posts

l'm working also in bitcointalk about 1 year and as you mentioned there is really difference between both of two platforms. The first difference is bounty campaign, l think we will also see this feature here.
