The exchange is regulated by direct decree of the country's president. The decree fully regulates actions in the field of cryptocurrencies.

We are operating according to the existing legislature of the Republic of Belarus, namely following the Decree No. 8 of 21.12.2017 "On the development of the digital economy", and are regulated by the High Technology Park.

Nevertheless i am sorry to tell you but there are alot of exchanges that are officially regulated in the world way before you started developing yours.

 

You should also update your topic with exchange's link somewhere as right now you have it only as a text statement or your signature with a referral.

So how can we know that the exchange is regulated from the president? Because there have scamming projects that's can give the company key people names of fame people such as bill gates, in order to attract people.

For a centralised exchange, you can be sure there will be room for KYC in the future if there is none now.

One thing I love about this exchange and one of the reason I would love to try it out is it is an entry level exchange. But for me the minimum deposit of £100 is a little much, maybe if there will be a consideration of beating it down to £50.
