I think the minimum withdraw in sweat coin is 20.000 Sweat coin which the payment is made through paypal I did use this app once but i deleted it when my phone battery is getting drained.

I know this app, I actually use it because it is very convenient too and makes its user to be motivated and encourage to have a good health too. But is just need to always have an internet connection and it will drain your phone battery.

Thanks for sharing, I just removed the application because I feel it's not really necessary, I don't go more than 1,000 steps. I work nearby and also at home a lot. In general, I do not find it useful for me. It is better for someone who is active and moves a lot

Doesn't seem to integrate with major running apps / devices, such as Runkeeper, Strava, or the major running watches. Since I never run with my phone (I live in a very safe area), it is not really useful to me.

 

Besides, it looks like you can only spend the coins on their own marketplace, or trade them with other users.

 

To make it really useful, they should:

• integrate with one of the main running platforms (e.g. Strava or Runkeeper)
• allow steps from a running watch to be counted, without having to carry a phone

You really should walk more, for your health! Everything below (I believe) 4000 steps a day is a sedentary life style, and that is going to be bad for your health over time (heart, arteries, blood pressure, weight, joints).

I realize that 10,000 steps a day is not practical for everyone (I am a runner, so I make that easily) but a healthy individual should at least make 5000 or 6000 steps a day, as a minimum.
