More option in Report

Right now, there are three option available for reporting along with a comment box.

I suggest using some other option like-

• Plagiarism
• Wrong Board
• Repetitive Thread
• Off-topic
• Double Post at a row
• etc. 

It would help us reporting faster since when you type, it takes a lot of time, time is very important here  you know what I mean.

@epidemia Please check and discuss with admin if possible to add this option. Would be very helpful.

I think this is a good suggestion. Although I've heard that some have been trying to sabotage others so this had to be kept in mind. In general though it's good that the board is starting to police itself. I'm seeing more people being told to stop and getting reported. So thanks. Its good as dar as that goes. The spammers will get bored.

I am not sure where you get this information, dare to share?

Even if anyone reports to sabotage others, moderators are there to have look before deleting a post/topic. They don't act blindly, they check before act and that's how moderation goes on.

However, if this is the true case, I suggest implementation of disable reporting option who have more than 20-30% bad report.

I agree with the addition of the above options, because more and more members are joining the cryptotalk forum
and the option will be very helpful if the admin updates it

Good idea, but I would not go with more than 5 options, as it can be to confusing to choose.

I would keep this:

• Off-topic
• Plagiarism copy/paste
• Duplicate topic/post
• Fake conversation

yes strongly agreed, there must be more options in the reporting of the post, in which we mention that it double post, copy paste post, spamming post, irrelative post, and many more options so moderator can easily take action.

Why not, mate?

If someone creates topic which is existed- Repetitive

If someone create topic in wrong section- Move to appropriate section

If someone puts referral link- Refferal Link spam

etc etc

You can tell the person to move it but reporting them is a bit harsh is my argument,  anyways that decision is left for the admins am only given my opinion, it doesn't matter. 

Why do you bother reporting? Report with appropriate reason what you mentioned here. For me, I think it's a forum issue, it can be posted in what to add but for having discussion with other, I have created this thread. Just report it if you find it not appropriate here.

There is no need for such options, you csn state the reason why you consider it a spam or shitpost in the comments box after selecting spam option.

I do not agree to add them now the small advance forum will not give the same points of equality for everyone we can not yet understand why we receive the warnings and you want to strengthen the forum! it's not good management

I see a lot of topics in wrong sections but I don't know that I should report them or not as there is no option other than spam and abusive while the topics are not spam actually but only in a wrong section

If a post is copy pasted then: bad

If a post is using automated tool to translate then: bad

If a post is using article spinner then: bad

If a post is not making any sense just seems like few words messed up: bad

One really do not need to be a rocket scientist to identify a good and bad post.

-Illegal content

-Bot use

-Advertising in forbidden areas

 

The box is fantastic to add more details to help the moderator tem with their job. Maybe it's enough with that, but everything that can help is always welcome.

I don't think the reason for reporting is important
It is important to report that this constitutes an offense, fraud or spam
That is why, when the communication is submitted, the supervisor will look at it this way without needing an explanation

I like this suggestion. In my opinion this can shorten the time moderators/admins so that the posts/topics is deleted or not.

Yes I think so too, because it could make our work get efficient and don't have to type the exact problem. And with that feature, they can also the right punishment for what they violate. It will surely help the forum.

Yes this good suggestions, I mean now this forum became full with repeated topics, like yesterday I saw a member repeated one topic with the same title on one forum, let's clean up this chaos

I think this is a good idea to help moderators and admins to easily analyzed the reported post. What do you think?  For me if that would implemented i think i could help to this forum to became healthy.

Very important and essential the details that moderators must take into account to prevent certain topics from being repeated frequently, I still think they have a good filter applied but if there is something that should be added (from my point of view), it is to prevent so many words are repeated in a single text to prevent the post from becoming so tedious or repetitive.

Nice suggestion. Yeah, it would help a lot and also it will bring easy work to the moderators because they can easily know what is the issue of the post.
