Hi mate! You need to compose a good quality post that member may earn or gain knowledge or a useful one, maybe your previous post wasn't considered as useful by the the members that is whyvthey give you negative reaction. Reaction feature is equivalent to the total like from your contents.

You get a good reputation by impressing members with your posts and putting like on your comments, and so the reputation rate increases, but I see many members do not use this feature.
