If am to start my own cryptocurrency project I will create it under my Name although I have not decided weather to start my own project but if I should do that that means I have to create utility token in my own name.

The only reason for them to create the new project is they want to make money from the investor, so they need to raise as many investors as they can so their project can running properly. But I am not sure that they can gain more investors to invest in their project because the investor already got a bad experience, and I am not sure that the investor will invest in big money. But still, many of them are starting the new project because crypto is a new thing that can attract many people to join, so they need to create a different project than before.

Yes, I am sure we can start our project, but in these situations, I think it will be difficult to raise the investor because they already get disappointed from the previous projects. They still think about how to avoid the scam project, and they are very careful right now, and they will select the right project if they can find it. But I guess that if we can create a project that can give useful to people, they will invest in our project, and that means we can attract more investors to come and join our project. But we need to make sure that the project can run for the long term.

No, I don't say like that. But if you still want to create a new project, you must convince them that your project is reliable, and your project will give something different to them so they will invest in your project. But in the middle of this hard situation, it is not easy to convince many people, including the investor, to come and join our project because they already get a bad experience before. We must be careful to run the project, and we need to know that we don't want to scam them because our project is real. So that will be up to you.

It is not depend on the skills some time you need the money like if we create our own coin and we should add our coin in the different exchange like in yobit, Binance, Kucoin, Vindex and also in other exchanges then we need the money because these exchanges have some rules and we must to pay some dollars for security and then they add our coins in their exchange.

Now a days we saw lot of project in crypto market and many more project moving to crypto market with his own coin. Now I haven’t any idea my own project in crypto market because every project have unic and different goals. 

Honestly I haven’t enough idea and money to make any project in crypto.

I lack the skills for anything but tokens and forks. So no, i wouldn't even know where to start or how to build it. I haven't got a clue what hashing algorithm i would use and why.

First you must to have a lot of money to start your own project, or some investors.

Second you must to have plan, meaning of that coin/token.

Now it's easier to create token than coin, to create coin more work is needed.

Honestly I dont think so too much about creating coin or token, but IF I will create some coin or token I will choose token for sure and meaning for that token will be for some service for sure and one more think IF is somehow posibble to be stabletoken ( I dont know if that is possible) but like I say that users use that token to pay some service on some website for example to watch some movie or subscription for some TV channels etc. Like I say I dont think so too much but it's important that coin or token have some meaning not just to trade with that coin/token.
