Selling some bitcoin to invest in Litecoin. Is this a good idea in current market situation?

Recently, I have noticed that Litecoin can be chosen as the best coin for short term profit because it has anything a proper coin must have. It is reliable, it has large volume and it has wide price movements. I have some bitcoin and I am increasing my bitcoin balance by posting here. I thought about investing my BTC income in Litecoin to earn more profit because I have monitored both coins and saw that LTC price rises (and falls) faster than bitcoin and is a great coin for daily profit. It has between %5 and 15% daily fluctuations.

What do you think about my idea for profitability with Litecoin?

I don't want to sell all my bitcoin, I hold some of it for halving.

Litecoin is a currency of great credibility, but in light of the violent moves of Bitcoin at this time, it may be more profitable in the long term to trade unless you are impatient, so short deals will be more suitable for you.

I don't think that's a good idea

 if for a short period of time you better buy BTC with ETH it is more promising in my opinion also low fee.Ethereum prices tend to experience steady ups and downs every day.

I compared ETH and LTC but as far as I checked them both in Yobit, it was clear to me that LTC has better performance because it changes more quickly and can bring me more profit daily. ETH performs somewhere between BTC and LTC. It is not as volatile as LTC and not as slow-changing as bitcoin. This is the reason I decided to choose Litecoin as my secondary source of investment for short term profit. I thought that it can be a good idea to collect my profits from Litecoin and use them to buy more bitcoin to prepare myself for May 2020 Halving.

I think right now I see the more promising is the Bitcoin, because maybe in the next month Bitcoin will rise a higher price so if you use it right now to buy Litecoin and then in the next month Bitcoin rise and Litecoin stay on his price, you loss!

It's better to hold bitcoin now because there will be a significant price increase. But it's okay if you are an expert in trading because you can be sure your bitcoin amount will increase.

Well yes, it's correct that you could sell your bitcoins right now as its price is in a great position and shown significant growth, but it much better if you will wait. A little bit if the price will increase more.

I have noticed same thing and concluded it's better trading litecoin on Yobit than trading Bitcoin. You can daily add 5% increment to your Bitcoin balance trading litecoin. From trends too, when Bitcoin moon, litecoin too pumps

I don't think this idea gonna work.in thr 2019 it was a good idea to sell n and have some litecoin and any other coin.but now the bitcoin price is very stable so no need of worryinh about the bitcoin.we can get profit over bitcoin trading

Well litecoin is one of the current cryptocurrency that had potential to market and continue to rise and I think it's a good idea to sell btc to ltc now but just be patient because it might still change as times passes by.

Volatility and fluctuations in bitcoin and altcoin trading have different profit and loss levels at least 3/5 from both sides of bitcoin and altcoin. When Bitcoin experiences this trend it will also affect the price of altcoin. So I think it's a good idea to save some bitcoin for altcoin trading.

i can suggest you 2 different options but i need to know if you are a dollar trader or a bitcon trader.

Lightcoin is a good coin to trade since the prices fluctuates up and down, but with the current conditions of the market, it might be better to hodl ltc since I notice that the price keeps steadily going up.

It is good to invest in bitcoin than that, so I think it is better for you not to sell your bitcoin and just stay on that because lite coin is not like bitcoin that the price can increase instantly and very high.

altcoins have great volatility, you can make a lot of money, but you can also lose a lot of money, this will depend on whether you are trading the Altcoin -USDT or Altcoin - Bitcoin pair. making altcoin hold becomes very risky

It is good idea to convert btc into ltc because if btc fluctuates with 1% then ltc fluctuates with 5%. So it is high earning coin than btc in daily trading. Also ltc is rising continuously at high proportion than btc from last month so we should hold it upto the end of this year.

That's a good idea. Litecoin is also profitable For day trading,its been one of the oldest crypto in the market and haven't increase much in price but,its good to take advantage on its volatility everyday.

You already doing research and find LTC, I think you should going and see the result, analyze without replace money is nothing. LTC is one of coin with slow movement in price and volume but still have better rank than other coins with active sentiment. Buying LTC will become testing for your analyze, if correct you should repeat the analysis again.

Your idea is very good and realistic, it is better if you don't have all the capital in the form of bitcoin. It's a good investment in some popular altcoins and LTC is a very good choice. The advantages of this Litecoin is the price movement very volatile. So you can make profit in long time investment with LTC.
