I think there is no solution about that but just to wait to the yobit to be fix or maybe there is something that causing things like this in yobit, the only key is to patience because I had face the same problem yesterday but I manage to send my btc balance today.

I think you should do this .Come to yobit exchange and go to the deposit option and link your wallet or exchange account to yobit through deposit and then get from the yobit i think in this way you can make transition on yobit.

Of course you need to send Bitcoin to this wallet address. So you need to generate deposit address from yobit exchanger.

Finally it is good that problem solved but whenever there is any problem we should submit ticket fast or we should contact on their support email address to information  about that error.

Just be patient friend its only a technical error.. If it takes long time you can try to log out then login back to your yobit account then try again to transfer your funds.
