Keep in mind. Storing your coin or fund in the online wallet is not the safest option. A cold or offline wallet is the most reliable. However, you must be very careful in managing your private key.

There is some truth in your comment. So private keys are very important. But there are wallets online, such as Blockchain Wallet, which is completely secure. I have been using it for several years and have never had any problems with it. It has never been hacked

no they are not safe they are good for making transactions but if someone wants to store any coins he can rely on hardware wallets instead and keeping money in multiple wallets decreases the risk of being hacked and losing a lot of money

Online wallets is safe but it need more of your efforts to keep it safe, but offline wallet is more secured safe cause no one can have acces to hack you.

I think online any thing ks not safe any thing could be happend.Now a days hack attacks are more frequently and large scale.Avoid attachment of aocial account to wallet is best thing for you.Make off line wallet is best .

Do you know the case of Crytopia, that will happen if you use a web wallet or exchange to store all of your asset/coins. Just download the wallet went you can control the seed.

Agree with that. It is the best not to rely on anyone else for storing your money. Hardware wallets are the safest bet, even cell phone wallet is better then storing funds on online wallets or exchanges.

No not even Blockchain com's online wallet is safe. No online wallet is entirely safe whatever long or hard the password maybe if an attacker gets access to the server of the wallet then you're doomed. you should never use online wallets.

I store not only on wallets but also on exchanges. I store on 2 online wallets and one cold wallet. It keeps on several exchanges because I trade there. But it is very worrying to keep them on the exchanges. If it weren't for the large number of altcoins, I wouldn't have kept it on the exchanges

There are many bitcoin wallets that allows you store key's securely. but one thing to keep in mind is that is online web wallets are technically unsafe because you dont have access to the encryption keys as you are relying on the online web surface.

No, online wallets are never safe. As the site is holding your coins and what ever they want can do with your coins. And online wallet can be hacked anytime, you can do nothing about that. Because you dont have the private keys for the wallet address.

Most of the wallets I've used were safe. Just keep your privacy key private, and you're good to go. I'm thinking that the 2FA(two factor authentication) should be enough to keep your crypto secure.

 

If there was another way to keep it safe like an iris scanner. I was thinking this might be for someone who is extra paranoid. This would be overkill, but for the hardcore enthusiast, it should be more than enough security.

online wallet are not safe for bitcoin earn user because many time many people say her online wallet account hacked by hacker, when hack your online wallet than you missing your all bitcoin , litcoin , dash, ether etc. Buy bitcoin easily than you can use non online wallet.
