You can't just judge them for doing or asking for gas fee from hunter. You can't simply conclude that project is scam because they are asking for help? What if the project is just out of budget. Remember how bitcoin ask for assistance before? They even asking everybody to help them with donations and help as well. I took a look at their Twitter account and it appears that this account has been suspended since October 19, there is no activity and the number of fans and followers is very few. So you should beware of this project that appears to be a scam.

From all indication from coingecko, I can see that the Pancho Villa coin is quite still as a stagnant coin as there are no circulating supply, but obviously an already fixed supply of the coin, as my reference here was that of the coingecko Crypto search engine
