I was think that I make mistake because I report Copy/Paste, but after I checking rules it seems that I did not.

 

 "in the Exchanges section is forbidden to use the full copy-paste of other people's texts, even if there is a link to the source. Partial use of materials from another site is allowed, with the addition of your text in a normal proportion, at least 30% of the total."

Again another one neglected in the report button I buzzed a few days ago, now he gets bold enough to raise his post count to 100+.
