No. KYC is not needed.

If you want to use FIAT to buy/sell crypto then you can fill quick optional KYC ,

and all data is saved on blockchain with no single server that can be hacked!

I don't know anyone else using that solution.

You can also track your portfolio, something like on Blockfolio and you can earn interest on coins if you want, it is based on Bitgo and Celsius.  I prefer to keep most of my coins in wallet, and small amount to earn interest

monarch wallet is good but not their team. few months ago i have downloaded wallet to get free coins. but still the coins not arrived.

I hear about the monarch wallet, although I am not used this wallet. I am interested in that wallet because I see that we can earn some interest from holding the coin in that wallet. But I wonder how much for each coin that we need to keep so we can make nice some rewards. 
Maybe later, I will download this wallet so I can check how much it needed to earn the rewards, and if I can make more from holding the coin, then I will move some of my coins to that wallet so I can make more and more. I hope that it will not end because by holding some coin in that wallet, we can earn passive income.

Woops! How good is this wallet that led you to recommend users to try to use it. But for me I never hired wallet like this before it is new wallet or its old but not popular.

I think it's not available in all countries specially the service you provide but it's a good wallet to store your Coins by the way
