Would you prefer to invest money in crypto or in a house ?

I will be practical and choose to invest into real state or housing. Because atleast you will be using that for a long time and I think if you dont want to use it you can just sell it off in high price than you just bought it.

We have own house so I guess I take the risk to invest in crypto currency because sometimes the user is lucky. I also have some friend who have experienced in this kind of stuffs so maybe I can consult this to him.

If I have money that's enough for the house I will only invest in the house in order for renting and it will give me money to invest in crypto in the future

I invest in BTC .its price increase very fast and gives us more money then property.Property prices do not go very high and take some time .Their are whole process for selling and buy c propert.Their is tax to pay on holding property.So BTC is good to investment.

I prefer to diversify investments, buy some real estate stocks and some bitcoins, and which one goes up, I sell it and get my profits.

I would definitely invest in crypto. Because it is possible to make a lot of profit here. But I don't know how to invest in real estate. If anyone is aware of this please help me with the information.

I think I will choose to have realstate assets because as I observe the value of lands increases as the time goes by. We all know that crypto is not permanent because technology is an never ending innovation so its not bad to have an idea in investing in buying a land as an asset.

Crypto market always risky and profitable that's why I recommended if you want to investment in  crypto market you should use your additional fund which you bear. In my experience last 2 years many scam project launch in crypto market and many people lost his fund to invest in scam project.

Well if you are struggling in your life, and you need more money, definitely you need to invest in btc. But if you are already rich, and have enough money in crypto, then investing in home is not a bad idea. And it may not be investment. not everything is about money.

I don't quite understand the point.  do you recommend that it is better to buy a house than Bitcoin!

 

It is an incorrect way of thinking, if you are head of household, entrepreneur and even investor.

 

The best investment is to buy a house and buy Bitcoin.

I would recommended in any case : Use  loan to buy the house and the rest of the money you invest in Bitcoin is an alternative.

I can't decide actually, but think I would prefer to invest in a house that I can rent out for a few years. Not only are you making a monthly rental income, but your property may also be appreciating. Crypto seems more risky, though more rewarding if you know what you are doing. Still a house is a brilliant asset to have.

Right know I prefer investing in crypto. The returns are far more higher than the interst I pay on my mortgage. When crypto prices  have increased I'll pay off my mortgage.
