I don't measure my patience in such terms as long time frame holding. Patience also means other things in trading then just hodling. It means waiting for your buy orders to hit, not panicking about fud, not getting out too early and sticking to the plan and not changing it because of feelings.

My level of patience in holding a crypto is like my saving, I prefer to hold it for how many years and will only sell it every peak of the market and buy again in every bear season. 

 

Though it really takes time as most of the season will run for 1-3 years before the shifting will happen.

I have the intention to wait out the next bullrun. I'm following some major traders to get signals on when to sell after the bullrun ends. That will be probably after 2020.
