We are already in the last week of February and the price of bitcoin is still keep on decreasing and if it will continue then bitcoin will likely to be exchange between 8500-9000$ at the end of this month. 

 

But we cannot really predict the moves of the market especially to the big traders, so our only option is to play wise if you are a trader and be patient if you are an investor.

Yes bitcoin hit 10000$ dollars mark in February and transaction fees change are not I don't have any information, but it fees increase then how, because when bitcoin prices drops then to pay this extra fees in my personal opinion when this prices drops transaction fees also drop to earn more crypto currency.

We can't predict the future exchange price of bitcoin while we are staying, and we know that the exchange price depends on the currant price of the bitcoin so it depends on the price of bitcoin on the tie you wan to know.

If you look Bitcoin chart below,

In February Bitcoin has increased, starting in early February the price of Bitcoin 9500 USD then the price rose to 10500 USD and after that Correction to 8400 at the end of the month.
if you look at the chart movement, this is still normal because at that time market sentiment was also influenced by COVID19.
