Need to cool down and do some holding... trading is not for everyone... I am also one of those guys that always goes in the wrong direction when trading... so I pratically stopped it 🙂 crypto is good if you don't let it get into your nerves... just hold and let the charts go up and down until they reah your objective

Well I guess you did because here you are again in this beautiful forum discussing Crypto. So what happened? Loss some money? That happens to every crypto trader and it is not enough to quit just cos you loose some, peciviaran is the word plus you most learn the trade and understand it.

I think that losing your sanity is normal but to say that you were mentally ruined already constitutes a new level of masochism. Yes it is true you didn't know the prices because it's volatile. You need to sure if you trade your Cryptocurrency not trade all your Cryptocurrency and it's true you need to know if the altcoins is in the top 5 of Cryptocurrency market, before you trade in other crypto. You need to strategize because trading is all about wisdom and techniques.
