I don't get these paypals deals and why sould we risk even with trusted escrow. Also this guy didn't provide any incentive for someone to buy his paypal money. I would stay away no matter how trusted his escrow is. Imagine how risky this is as he couldn't find a buyer in bitcointalk and came on this forum instead that doesn't have similar "trust" system.

I can recommend localbitcoins for such, paxful also is a good option but while us in paxful, someone need to be alert and smart as scammers are often plenty there. The bitcointalk or um is a good forum that someone can use to buy bitcoin or sell with PayPal.

I am familiar with Paxful as I have bought Bitcoin by using my skrill balance. Is Localbitcoin something like paxful which support major deposit options like Skrill, Payoneer, Neteller etc with p2p trading feature ?

Localbitcoins is a p2p exchanges, definitely they will accept PayPal too depending if the person you meet and want to sell bitcoin for can make use of it to buy or sell bitcoin for you.

Beware of scammer on this kind of platform. There's a lot of wallet that you can buy btc. In my country  there's one that legally approved by our government so the users will not worried about their coins on that wallet. Hope you will find a trusted one.

There are many excuses we can buy bitcoin, but I will suggest buying it on p2p exchanges with no kyc required. Also, another alternative is to buy bitcoin on bitcoin atms, but the problem of bitcoin atms now is that they are still scares to locate.
