A nice question. All people advise you to buy when the price is low and sell when it is high, but I think that those who will buy when the price is high are those big people in the market who are sure of its rise more, or who want to monopolize it or store it for later.

If you're planning to purchase Bitcoin using your money the best timing is now. dont wait for it's price to reach highest valeue more before you purchase.
