I investing all my money in 1 coin. is this is risky or safe ?

If we are not talking about Bitcoin, it is definitely better to invest in two or three currencies. It's a bit risky to invest in a single currency.

Yes, investing in any Alt coin is a no no if you are less than two years in the crypto market. My Bitcointalk friend sold all his BITCOIN to buy BITCOIN CASH when it was $2000 thinking it will out perform Bitcoin. Now he regrets that action and hope BITCOIN CASH will hit the all time high once again so he can opt in back into Bitcoin.

The best thing in crypto is not to follow anyone's advice and do your own diligent research. Nothing beat your own research in the crypto market.

There is also a saying in cryptocurrency community. The more risk you take the more profit you get. Though i dont reccomend a all in one investment

If you have invested the entire amount in a top currency, such as those at the top of the coinmarketcap ranking, then you should not fear that you will lose your money. You just have to wait until the price of the currency increases. So you did not make a bad choice, although it is much better to invest in more currencies.

yes it's very risky, as they said don't put all your egg in one basket. always try to diversify your portfolio, and at the same try to keep some cash for example 50% bitcoin 25% altcoins 25% fiat .

Bitcoin runs up > altcoin runs up but slow comparatively 

Bitcoin goes down > altcoin goes down but fast

It's totally depending on you which coin you will select to do investment. 

If it altcoin, so I cannot suggest you to do investment with this because it is very very risky. And you will lost your money in a few hours. But I have a good idea for you !!

If you want to do investment at first you will select a market and then  research about this market like how it work, its reputation and his history. Then if you understand all, so you can do investment.  And remember again investment is a long term process so be careful at first take a decision then you do anything.

      IN this case brother, only your experience in crypto can answer you, but let me tell you a thing, or maybe an old and famous saying:  a smart chicken, didn't put her eggs, in the same place, so i think it's not good to invest in one or even 2 or 3 coin, you need to learn about the hall market befor risking with all your money,

It depends on how much you invested, cause you can not invest $6,000,000 in one coin but if you have $600 you can risk them to invest in single token cause it a small amount of money some how.

if you put it all of your money just in one altcoin, it think it's very risky. altcoin price can be down 40%-50% in 24 hours. so i think it's not safe for you to invest your money there. if you want to invest in altcoin, you must invest in the right time. i mean, buy while it cheap and sell it when you think you've got some profit.

Yep, you can double your money in less than a year as per my knowledge, but 25% extra would be a very short-term investment with Bicoin. There are more ways to invest in Crypto and make profit in right time. If you study about a coin, then you will make decent money.

It's better to diversify your investment. Crypto-market is very swift, sometime its become tough to judge actual market trend. So its better to invest in more altcoins. Try to stick with top 10 altcoins.

yeah bro, I agree with what you say.
investing in 1 altcoin has a small profit percentage.
I suggest investing in 50-100 coins in 200 top coin marketcap.
I think this is a good idea for your old age ...

In how many coins a buyer invests, in so many times increases his probability of success, but his total amount of the invested money will be divided, and therefore the possible profit will be less.
But at least there will be profit.
It's important to find a middle ground, depending on the total amount of invested money of the buyer.

yea thats true unless the basket is bitcoin because the dominance of bitcoin governs everything else in the crypto market, plus with the liquidity in bitcoin makes it easier to scalp.
