One reason for this is that there are already over 2100 cryptocurrencies, and many of these tokens and coins have been widely popularized in the support community and investors.

One reason why the market is down big because of many alternative coins there are more than 3,000 alts in the community, with those number in the market the demand is being shared to everyone and the result? some good coins has not enough demand to fight the season.

An important factor in improving some altcoins in Bitcoin is the transaction time and Litecoin and Fastcoin are good examples if the update time of each block is improved. Therefore, in terms of commercial value, such altcoins always have an advantage over BTC.

Does it really matter how much the profit you can get? I think this perception is wrong and that's why everyone lose at market when Bitcoin dumped. It's because of the hype that have been embedded to your blood, then makes you bleed.

Although quite controversial, this rumor is not something new. As a fairly strict country, North Korea plans to create their own cryptocurrency, of course, this makes it easy for governments to monitor the "activities" of their citizens, the internet is controlled. Either this is just a rumor to frighten the US or indeed a strategic step that might be able to go beyond Asian countries that have adopted cryptocurrency first. I am sure with the various benefits of using cryptocurrency, this could be not just a rumor.

Why ? Let's take the LTC coin, for example. According to the latest data, LTC is 4 times faster than BTC and transaction fees are much cheaper. There are many more examples of coins that dominate BTC in many parpameters but they are unfortunately difficult to compete with BTC because BTC is the first to be very popular

Don't forget that there's no altcoin with the hashrate Bitcoin network has. And that makes Bitcoin the most trusted coin by a great margin.

Low fees are a silly commercial introduced by BCash. Bitcoin fees are most of the time very low. Of course, if one transfer worthless coins, the fees will be also low (worthless).

The altcoins are good and actually they're necessary in the ecosystem, but please do a reality check before falling for the advertising.
