 Stages of work:
 1. I receive detailed information about the project from you.  I ask clarifying questions.
 2. We discuss options for execution.
 3. I receive an advance payment of 50%
 4. Sketch based on discussions.  We agree.
 5. Making the final layout.  I show.
 6. I receive the rest of the payment.
 7. I transfer all materials.
