Forum rank naming proposal (your input)

The ranking system you said about is now available in the forum and its great. Also it feels nice to know that the forum admins and moderators are listening to us and our ideas.

I am good with this ranking of members.Its very convenient and easy to remember.May be in future we add more ranks or tags for members.But for now its a good ranking system.

I think it's pretty good. cause the newbies in this forum page will have a good idea about their rankings with this system. And also I think the admins should add rewards according to rankings. This way the rankings will work perfectly and attract the users of this forum page too.

I think ranking is a good idea, because with that you can see who are the ones posting daily. and ranking is important so that newbies wont disrespect you as they see your rank in the forum.

Bitcointalk is a closed circle of friends and family and they don't allow anyone to rank-up. If they still have traffic it is because of coinmarketcap links and nothing else. I suggest not to follow their ranking pattern at all as it is as useless as their merit system.

What is the difference between "Brand New" and "Newbie" or even "Junior Member" anyway? It looks like someone didn't care to try and think it through too much. Also to be considered a "Member" you first have to gain 10 merits. This is laughable as you might have to post for a year there to achieve something that won't provide you with any status. The treatment of their userbase, that weren't ranked-up automatically in 2018 is awful. 

 

After this introduction I wanted to say that every forum has ranks and it is a way to distinguish experience and quality (Not exactly what is happening in bitcointalk).

I like the title of "Pioneer" you are proposing and I think that another good one might be "Prodigy".

So this how it started our name I am new here and I was amaze that someone really think this name well I can say that it is good rank name.

Giving the names to new users as pioneers is not appropriate, people with legendary rank should be pioneers as they were the first batch of people who started working in this forum, new and more members started following them and became members.

how about we rank the members like the gaming ranks; keyboard warrior, elite, master, grand master, epic, legendary and mythic. Makes it more fun and interesting. 😚

It will be the first thing which every player will focus and try to achieve. You can give ranking names as faces in life investor, employee, specialist, futurist etc. And i do like pioneer too. There is so much difference between the number of posts between these two ranks.

The forum ranks are a good way to distinguish older users from news cryptotalk users, but i would also like to see other ranks for people who have helped more users, like you, since each good reputation point ❤️ represents one person he helped, what do you think?

There are many differences in the number of posts between the two ratings, so I think there should be different ratings between the participants and the active participants.
