Well, when we are doing a trading here in cryptocurrency, there has no spammers on it, spammers is just seeing from the forums or any kind of discussion sites which is being paid.

You are right mini project are introducing and many other currencies are also launching but people are not getting more investments on those project because of the faith they are having on the the older projects going through in the cryptocurrency and I think people who take some risk so that they can get more ideas from new projects.

Well, if they are stealing some things to many people, this may be called a robbed, and even though they are the same category which is focus on stealing, they have a different style how they do it and this will be come in the scammer, hackers and etc.
