Coinbase has hired extra 3000+ support agents to keep users happy!

Crypto exchange giant Coinabse has been facing criticism regarding the support system for a long time. Users from all around the world were not getting an equal level of support services from them. We can still find so many negative comments on the internet regarding the asset loss and account freeze cases and no customer care service(direct contact with human support agent) to resolve the issue on Coinbase but now, they're looking like to solve the problem.
They will be focusing to offer the following things:-

  • Reduced customer support backlogs.
  • Adding more support staff
  • Offering live support.
  • Keeping you safe.
  • Improving product User Experience (UX) and workflows.
  • Expanding education and training tools.

First it's good that some members are still active here (EN section). +1

About tittle, "to keep users happy!" (:classic_biggrin:) they will be happy if wallet is full of coins. :classic_biggrin:

About topic, it's always good for exchange that have good support for users, and this move is for sure good.

Coinbase was one of my first wallets, but I never have a reason to contact support.

They add more coins and probably number of users has increased and that can be a reason to increased support agents. Anyhow it's reasonable move.

It is good to see that they aren't becoming the company that focused only on the growth of their products and not on the customer side. I have seen that few weeks ago there was a notice on their website showing their maybe delay in the response from the customer care and It seems they are quick to address that and solve the issue by adding more number in their response team.

I am here despite there are a few guys to share their thoughts, friend. Why to leave this forum! The forum is getting better than it was ever before. Like as before, my daily posts count isn't that much higher but there will not be meaning just to create excessive posts without a healthy discussions so I am focused to create informative topics now😊

Lol, let's hope they launch earning opportunities for the global members.

The Coinbase is getting better with improved service and I expect their system upgrade too. After that, Coinbse will be able to handle the request even at the high traffic situation.

3000+? I wonder how much that's compared to others and are they getting daily tickets over there because that sounds like a lot :D. I some times picture a crowd of 3 people on helpdesk in some exchanges as i get no response and no one seems to know english either.

Lol, Coinbase has been criticized due to the customer care services for a long time and this time, they have brought support army to vent the frustrations of users 😁! Hope to see more coins on Coinbase. They have listed Dogecoin by bypassing so many potential coins, it's just weird.

Even on MEXC and Blockchin live chat, there is generally only one number in queue ie. me to deal for my issue. Maybe, Coinbase can handle any cases in the real time from now.
