One day i am sure and this will happen that everything we buy in our lives from groceries , tickets, gas , food and paying bills will all be done from out mobile phone obviously using cryptocurrency. What do you all think?  Could this be possible ? Even if it should take quite some time to get fully adopted?

This scenario is inevitable. We are always moving forward in making almost everything digital, and currency is not an exception. Though we are still unsure whether global paradigm would accept cryptocurrencies as a standard in handling transactional data, or they'll stick to regulated fiat, just digital version of it.

 

Some cities around the world, especially in Germany, are now going paperless/cashless. Most of their purchases are made using mobile phones and digital banking platforms.

In this new era, the world is starting to pay using mobile or any online platform. It all started already and everywhere we have the option to use mobile phones in mode of paying.

It already happens here. Or people pay directly with their smart watch. So it is just a matter of time before it spreads all across the world.

 

People here (including me) pay for their coffee or groceries by just tapping our mobile against the terminal. Many of the checkouts are even automated, without a cashier.

This is already happening in most with the western world. There are technologies like "tap n pay" where you have your credit/debit card connected and use your phone on POS devices instead of plastic cards. I'm using this technology as well. It is basically same as using contactless plastic cards. Same tech but you use a mobile app plus your infrared from your mobile device.

 

Although I don't use cryptocurrency for this yet, as most merchants don't accept it.

That's possible, in the future every country currency will turn into cryptocurrency backed by fiat. China, France and Russia has a plan for that. 

Sadly cryptocurrency country will turn into centralized, it's not healthy environment anymore. Those government just want to make their currency become cheap to print, the basic ecosystem remain the same as fiat.

I think that is possible. With more and more people using crypto, maybe someday the crypto will take over our lives. But I don't think it would be for more than 50+ years or maybe less no one really knows.

Yeah,that time is not far way but its frame work is in process .May we our childs will have this facility .But its gonna happen we have to accept it.

I am hopeful regarding this that in near future as adoption of crypto currencies increase we will definitely do mobile transactions using crypto currency
