Dear friends, I hope you are happy in your lifes, So my question is can we block any members on this forum, because There are some members on this forum who mention their posts again and again without any reason,  I am fed up with such a member 🙁

No, my friend, you cannot ban any of the members because this is one of the powers of the moderators only. What you can do is to report any duplicate post or that violates the rules and it will be reviewed by the moderators and they will decide if it deserves the ban or not.
I also think that there is an option to ignore, I do not know if it applies to all topics of the member or a specific topic only, but it is a good option in such a case.
But if the person is a beginner and is unfamiliar with the rules, I think that the most appropriate option is to guide him and advise him.
