Yes beginner section is more convenient for new members because it is full with old members good posts,all new members have an opportunity to read the old members post and make sure to create good post and informative topic by following the rules and regulations properly.Other important thing is that beginner section is also full with basic knowledge about currencies and is more easy to make posts with great ease.
