Surprisingly, why they previously blacklisted the Binance exchange ? Anyway, now Russian court has recognized the importance of Binance to give the best choices for the citizens to exchange their cryptocurrencies on the globally recognized biggest exchange platform.

We all know that binance is one of the successful exchanger and many people are using it, i didn't expect that there's a country will banned it because this is a legit trading and exchanging platform but i think russia pushes their citizens to used the other platform which is made by russians like the yobit.

@huesca123 Good news for those who trade cryptocurrencies in that country, the restrictions on things that can help people are never good, always the freedom that people can try to have financial alternatives to problems in their economies is very good, The opening of many countries towards the use of cryptocurrencies has to rejoice all of us who are involved in this ecosystem because it opens more possibilities for trade due to the increase in users, thank you for sharing information with us, greetings.

Are you living in my mind? 😅. Exactly what I intended to ask? Firstly, I see no justification of keeping Binance on the blacklist in the first place if they are still in compliance with the country's crypto recently passed crypto law. Gotta be some politics playing in the background.

Binance can now take legal actions if they still unremoved after the court rulings.

Great binance is great exchange site and also trusted and it's good step to in block this exchange by the Russian government may be they want to promote yobit therefore they blocked this exchange so now it's in block and it's appreciated by Russian court and I appreciate and thank full for this purpose to Russian court

Maybe regulatory oversight in Russia😉. Previously, it was rejected to use crypto as the mean of payment in Russia and there was policy to prevent outgoing funds from the country in the form of crypto at least we can guess, they were more conscious to protect ruble and licensed company is needed to fasciate an exchange of crypto against ruble and other currencies so probably, Binance faced some obstacles to be fully licensed there.

It is always good news that a great exponent of cryptocurrencies such as binance, is removed from a list like that, since it allows trading to be relatively more transparent taking into account the regulations of the Russian government on cryptocurrencies.

@huesca123 they should have done so sooner. Everyone knows how cryptocurrencies is leading the new financial world, and major companies started adapting cryptocurrencies long ago. So they should regulate dealing with the first exchange sites so they can keep up with the rest of the world.

Maybe they should have done it sooner, I dont know. I just thought it was an interesting article for everybody in the forum. Since the forum is split between the Russian language & English, I thought it would interest everybody, especially the Russian section.

@huesca123 this is great for both Russians and Binance as Binance would gain so many more users. And Russian would be able to access the best exchange site freely. Maybe this would help regulating cryptocurrencies in other countries as well.

Possibly. But what is somehow surprising to me is why Binance only and Binance particularly?. I want to believe there are several other exchanges that are not Russian based, but also must follow through the same regulations. 

Well, all in all, this is just a good news. Time not be wasted reflecting on the past especially of when the wrongs have been corrected by relevant authorities.

I need to perform more researches in it. Myself, I am getting surprised why they did so for Binance. If other exchange platforms were allowed there, it has already been another story. No matter how long Binance was restricted there, eventually got chances to serve customers with the best 😉

It is a good news to all the Russian people that work in crypto currency and I see that the who whole world is heading towards crypto legislation and regulation, and I see it a s a salvation for the financial system from all the obstacles that it suffered from and a new chance to people to earn some extra money that helps to live better, and set free from all the financial pressure.

Removing the binance platform from the blacklist by order of a Russian court, it is news that calls for happiness, as this means that it is safe and reliable by the court and we can deal with it with full confidence without fear that our accounts will be hacked and our money stolen, in the hope that this step will be taken before  All the courts of the countries of the world
