Could Ripple Pursuit A New Project?

The Ripple case will begin on February 22, 2021, and from that day on, there are chances of bad developments for XRP.

 

It seems that Ripple has started working on alternative projects as of today. Ripple's CTO, who started working on new projects after the US banking institution OCC approved the use of stablecoin and Blockchain technologies, recently published an article about the development of stablecoins in the XRP Ledger network.

 

After this article, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse made a similar statement. These statements may indicate that Ripple is running a new stablecoin run. In addition, Garlinghouse emphasized that many central banks doing digital money studies may prefer the XRP Ledger network. Still, it is thought that Ripple could surprise people by issuing its own stablecoin.

 

In addition to the current SEC case, the gains or losses investors will make from XRP will depend somewhat on how Ripple will follow. A stablecoin that Ripple will issue indexed to the US dollar can make a big difference in the positive direction.

Dear friend @zagzag I think Ripple group are obliged to do anything to recuperate their credibility, maybe the new project will be the solution for them. Or moving from the USA to other country and implement a plan project to recuperate XRP credibility and improving it price value higher than before.

New projects are coming up all the time which means there are new projects people are pursuing, but we need to be careful and get things right to follow the right project or the follow the right project plan.

Its good to see that ripple is working on a update and development for the new stable coins. But I think there will be more problems for them in the future as we know the Facebook stable coin has faced really big problems in the paste matter of time wit their development of the stable coins. And right now as ripple is facing a major concerns, it seems the stable coin will develop another issue for them. I think its better for them to solve the issue they are enduring right now and make some corrections to the network that are possible right now and will help them to fight a case against the SEC.

A stablecoin for the reason that is said in this post, will probably find even more problems from governments, that have made it clear they don't like them. The governments will probably only accept services that will use the Central Bank money only, and will oppose to any private company efforts to create new money.

Probability is high that the SEC might actually drop charges against the ripple coin, but not withstanding its always good to expand portfolios incase of issues like these.

Ripple labs has proven to be a company that after years of not innovating, has caught up with market trends and has continuously launched certain products that especially benefit its community, so I wouldn't be surprised if they throw me a new coin with the purpose of totally dethroning the foreign exchange companies which maintain a monopoly on this business

If Ripple fails, or deemed to be outlaw and has to pay hundreds of millions in fines, it will be over. Look at EOS for example, it is still down 90% from an all time high, after having co operated with the SEC and paid a small fine of a few million. EOS since then is the worst performing cryptocurrency, it is also centralized as said by the previous Ceo Brock Pierce and now Larimer moved to the next one. It will be probably the same for Ripple and it will not make it to higher prices again.

It would not be a surprise if ripple announced a new stable or common currency, the situation with XRP is too complicated, its future depends on what a judge dictates and I imagine that the developers do not want everything they built these last years to be See reduced to crumbs, if they announce something new I will support it.
