Hi mate, post is more appreciated that comment reason being that most times comment are rolling into a particular post which will roll over to several pages that may not been seen by many member, but if it is a post it can be seen even after a year by newbies and can at the same times benefited from the post, and post also has a positive impact on the person that posted it, if it is of a very good quality post, it will really earn the publisher a lot of reputations and probably visitation to his profile for follow up with his/her subsequent post.
