Control emotions while trading cryptocurrency

I know all things we do in our life, we always start in collecting some knowledge through learning and doing practice...etc.

About our emotions don't need to be collected, because exist in our body and are depended on about us.

But yes we can learn how we control them following some common tips to keep control our emotion:

 

1- It is very important to plan a trading plan

 

 

 

2- To lower your emotional, lower the size of your trade

 

 

 

3- Trading journal successes and losses, is helpful to build a future success

 

 

4- Stay relax while trading

Control of feelings is one of the most difficult things for a trader, especially if he is a day trader.
I faced many problems due to my inability at first to control my negative feelings while trading, such as fear, greed and lack of confidence,
But I found that the best solution is to train and try to move away from the trading screen after taking trades and perhaps do other work for not thinking too much.

Emotion must be in control while making any trades as if we invest in a coin and target for a week for certain price reach and if the coin dump we must be wise not to sell in fomo making losses. The worst trades I have made where coming when I was not relaxed but had to deal with too many other things that were becoming a nuisance. Seriously, there are people they live to be a burden to others and having to deal with some of them will make you miss many trades, exit because you can't focus and miss a lot of profit.

In trading we need to set a target where the market reaches and sell the currency tae profit and again hunt for next opportunity for buying for low market this is called trading but if we thinks that coin goes 10x or any other situation then we may recover our loses but also we lose many chances for making much more high profits .

Trading in the crypto market is the best idea and when we control our emotions is the best for that if we want to earn money in it becasue in emotions we are in loss at that time and this is not good for us.

Controlling emotions is important, if price drops 20% we have to keep our cool. What we should do is remind what is happening and why we are in this trade. We focused on the bear run that needs to be long term. This is not over then, unless we made a mistake in all our calculations. The miners will sell because it is a good price for them but they will stop selling as they don't have the same BTC they had last year. This is all better for Bitcoin price and it can keep growing now that the dip seems to have ended.
