Giving negative ratings won't solve the whole problem.

@CryptoLover21dear friend hopefully you will be fine. I am agree with you on this statement. Many people react on a topic and give negative response to post. But they don't think about the effect of their response on others income. In my opinion we should give good advice for such posts. Don't break their hearts, but encourage them at any point.

Yes you are right. I appreciate your kind consideration. In the beginning i recieved 2negative reactions on my very first posts i was completely new to forum and i was trying to learn things. But those negative reactions made me sad. Because the person who gave me negative reaction never told the reason of negative reaction. But later i realized i am passing through a learning process i will learn soon and will make good posts. So slowely m getting better on my work.

Yes my friend we nee to be helping each other especially the newbies who have less experience about the field and since we are only paid for what we tech other members then we need to be serious whenever we come to make posts.

I agree with you, giving bad reactions it's not the solution. That's why we need to encourage them. They can make mistakes because their new and we need to help them much as we can, but every newbies needs to read the rules and follow first, otherwise it won't be right.

If we give someone a negative reputation, not all problems are solved because we did not tell him the reason for the negative reputation. If we tell him the reason for the negative reputation, he will correct his mistake.

There are so many peoples like these if they have any problem they will give negative ratings to the things in my opinion it is a bad behaviour. We don't need to spread negativity we must me positive in every situation.

I am sure that some members are not so discouraged by negative ratings but this is not the purpose. The negative reactions first of all should be targeted to spam and not to just a bad post that may be a real question or honest at least, but just bad. The quality should be higher of course and I am expecting better from higher rank members so the lower ranks should have respect. But there are also some that are just spammers and this is easily noticeable.

We all face this problem and there is nothing to do here. We make good comments and then we put the thread on top of the bad for the sisters. It is very sad for us but there is no solution yet.  Give it because after we make a good comment, if we get bad reputation and don't get it, then there may be a problem in our account and not much love. Hopefully, the moderators will take a good look at these issues and come up with a solution.

Giving negative ratings to spam will be a good backup for not getting payments and is also encouraged by the forum, as the rules explain. I don't tell to give negative ratings to every post that doesn't meet our requirements of higher quality, but perhaps some members, those that spam at least, should be notified that they won't be welcome here.
