They will surely make a bounty for their project and i think the reward will be just less and maybe they will ask for a KYC before getting the rewards since it is required for them.

Not sure why would they even need that. They are talked about in everywhere, not just in the niche crypto space. Advertisement on this space is the last thing they need.

Libra is from world biggest social  site whey they need any other medium fir libra promotion.I think if they start promotion from advertiser there would be huge amount of people will participate but i do not think they needed it bounty campaign for libra.

Uplibra is not from Facebook, it is a fake website that promises 1,000,000 free Libra in advance. It is becoming viral on social networks, it is already said that it is scam, although they are not saying that they are related to the Facebook Libra.

Yes still facebook has not decided that when they will launch their coins and if there is no coin yet then I think launching a bounty and signature campaign is impossible.
