ATMs for BTC.

Recommended Posts

It is heard more and more that they are placing ATMs for operations with BTC.
This is very beneficial for the crypto world and for anyone in general.
By placing more of these ATMs we are seeing the expansion of cryptocurrencies and their frequent use, especially in Latin America that needs it so much, the use of money will be made easier without losing commissions on bank transactions and the decentralization of money will be applied.
Does this seem logical to you?

it is true i believe that in russia and japan implemented this type of atm.
I really think it's very good that it expands, since sometimes it is uncomfortable or annoying to have to pass everything to a bank to withdraw money, now we can avoid commissions.
It is a project that will take time but it is the best in terms of accessibility

I also heard that some countries have taken the initiative to place ATMs in some markets and streets, and this is to facilitate after financial transactions and bring electronic services closer to citizens, and this also contributes to the local economy of the state.

A bitcoin ATM is similar to any other ATM that we can find in our city, the difference is that it operates with bitcoins and cash. The technology used by a common ATM is ATM (Asynchronous Transfer Mode). On the other hand, a bitcoin ATM is made of the Bitcoin network and the blockchain to be able to make its exchanges. To refer to a bitcoin ATM as "Bitcoin ATM" would be a neologism error. Some call them BTMs, to indicate their relationship to bitcoin. Being such a new technology, there is nothing standardized and each ATM has its own characteristics.

Some ATMs only allow you to buy bitcoin. These are usually identified with the message "Buy Bitcoin Here!" (Buy bitcoins here!). Others are bidirectional bitcoin ATMs, that is, they allow the purchase and sale of bitcoins. Less than half of Bitcoin ATMs are bidirectional.

Useless... If you need cash, you can do your crypto operation in the way that it has been done now and get your physical money from your bank after withdrawal from the crypto account. In the future, you do not even use physical money, you can do it via net.

Bitcoin ATMs are really important because not all banks accepts cryptocurrencies transactions. That means if exchanges or other investors will install bitcoin ATMs in different countries, will help a lot of people to buy and sale crypto bitcoins without any difficulties.

ATM providers are third-party companies that sell the machines to merchants that want to install an ATM for their business. Adding an ATM to your location is one of the best ways to increase revenue for your business.

Actually, the terminology would not be that of ATM Cashier since neither the technology nor the platform corresponds to the traditional ATMs since until now they are only used for the purchase and sale of BTC and not yet dispense fiduciary money

Bitcoin ATM fees are usually way higher then any bank transaction fee because the prices they offer are usually very different from binance / coinbase price for example.

I would recommend transfering to crypto visa credit card and using that instead of physical cash.

These types of ATMs are novel, it offers the opportunity to withdraw our cryptocurrencies in FIAT money without having to go through the tedious process of: Cryptocurrency-Stable coin-Bank.
I live in South America and there are some ATMs in my country, although at the moment only in the main cities.
Although something that I do not know is the transaction fee of the ATMs.

But one thing I do not like about bitcoin atm is that using its service is very expensive, like it will require a minimum of 10% of what you want to convert. I have find this amount too much expensive for my liking.

It depends, if bitcoin ATM is the last thing I can use to send money to my family abroad, I will prefer it than using fiats. Because I still prefer to like that fee wish I see to still be better than using fiats. Although, my wallet app on phone makes the fr more lesser though.

It will be very helpful for the Atm or Bank users because when they transact a money from the Atms then they also paying  some commission or fee for that transact. Now BTC is introduce inthe crypto world which will paly a positive role for Atm users and it is free cost of.money.

A bit coin atm is a portal through which users are able to engage in a fanancial transaction. The difference here is that traditional ATMs allows users to withdraw and deposit cash whereas bit coin atms allow to users to buy and sell bit coin using cash.
