I suggest you to join gym because i was having depression from few days .I do trading and this is stressful for me.After exercise and   sweat i feel fresh .Control of emotion in finance is best thing because market does not run on emotions.

Yes this is true, this is a useful information about that, you know for me when I am busy during work I don't to be emotional, I always keep distance from emotional limit, which is not a good thing
