in my opinion healthy life style is a must for every one of us. and you can only achieve that by eating healthy, staying active and the most important thing also is to maintain your mental health. right? who agrees ????

The old saying is early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise. In my point of view three things imare necessary for good health of every age of people. 

1.proper diet

2.proper sleep

3.morning walk or exercise

1-healthy diet, stay away as much as you can of sugar and fat

2- do not to smoke

3- do not drink too much alcohol

4-stay active and always try different sports 

5-sleep well ☺️

My health tip is to lower your sugar intake as much as possible. That is not to say to give up on desserts altogether, but avoid processed foods which are full of sugar. Unchecked sugar leads to weight gain, heart problems, diabetes, dental issues and a whole host of problems. It's supposed to be a treat, not a staple food.
