Suggestion | Feature: Add quotes upon editing post

The usage on the mobile and PC web experience will obviously have different experiences, as on the part of editing a post. As I think that the whole experience on having to use This forum is best on the PC web, as the mobile web, have had some little issues over some time now

This of the feedback, is more of having a one on chat system as the private feedback fully falls on that network, as bringing that would be really nice on the forum, but having a forum needs to be like a forum itself

I think this problem has been solved now. Because now when I edit my post to add quotes another text box does not appear and there is no such issue when I try to add quote in order to edit my post. I hope you are not facing this problem right now because I don't have this problem. If you do maybe some settings can be changed in order to avoid such issues.

That would lessen some stress when editing something as quotes are ones can help too on the forum since you will find it as specifically that information and nothing else than that so its really a great feature for everyone needs.

Yes my friend it's a very interesting feature. Thank you for sharing this . I think we only receive payments for one post . We won't receive payments for so many posts in a single topic so I think it would end up a little confusing. Great information my friend. Good luck.

I think it is happening because  you might be using the mobile device, there is no such issue with the desktop  as I have done the editing many times when I saw my mistakes in comment.

These options are great and necessary because sometimes we end up commenting on an error and we must correct it immediately so that the reader is not mistaken. And about the quote, it happened to me that I didn't click and quote without knowing what I was doing, but it didn't happen to me anymore.

I actually encountered this and did not find it possible, but I just tagged quote' author, and I think this is a bug in the forum software. I hope this will be resolved soon.

I think this is really a great feature to be added here in the forum. I also thought of the same thing because I tried it once but I cannot put a quote to my existing reply via editing it. You would end up creating a new reply by doing it and it is kind of a hassle.

You can Quote someone in your posts and this is a cool feature. When you edit your post now you can also Quote someone again and can edit whome you want to Quote or whome you don't. Also if you have already Quoted someone you can delete this quotation. You can use it in whatever manner you want but only one disappointment is that you will not get a satoshi or token for this edition.

I think it is kind of hard when editing your post on you phone especially if you want to add quote from the others post. I suggest try editing your post on a desktop so you can easily edit your post.

The suggestion makes the reply and qoutation difficult and time taking I think there should be more good and easy way to do that which do not take much time too.

This is a brilliant idea because this will save us a lot of time rather than having to recopy our  comment and delete the one we wrote before. I hope the admins will consider this feature and implement it.

Actually, I think it's worth working on. Because, the forum framework does not allow us to create some cool article, or banal delete a comment or post, and adding this would be a great solution, in General, this forum requires updating, and it needs to show itself beautifully! thank you!

It is very helpful when you are going to quote more than 1 reply. It makes our post well-organized. I also noticed when you posted a reply and then reply it again. It automatically merged the two recent posts. I think it is one of the best feature to avoid spamming in just one topic

I think this will be very convenient and will keep the flow of the replies in the topic clean and neat because sometimes it's very confusing and it looks a bit messy.

It has been modified already and you can quote as many post as you want just make sure it's in order, that feature makes it easier to quote replies and follow it with your own opinion

I think that you can make an edit to the replay and then add a quote from the quote tool in the writing tools, try this method I think it works, meaning instead of making a quote you can copy the text that you want to quote and then paste it inside the text that you are modifying and then you select this text and click On the Quote tool located within Writing Tools.

What I suggest is, upon clicking Edit Reply, disable the New Reply textbox and instead, re-route all the functions to the Edit textbox. That way, we could add quotes without having to post another new reply, if they have the same context.

you can simply click the edit , and edit your post even if you have already click the quote you can clear it and edit your content and re post it again to confirm the new change.
