I am not sure what coin does have second price value after bitcoin. But as of now, the second cryptocurrency that is listed in coinmarketcap is Ethereum.

There is no doubt that Bitcoin is the only one coin that is still dominant today and ruling on the whole world markets.But there are only a few coins that will probably compete with it in the years to come. I will tell you who will give tough time to Bitcoin in coming years. Altcoin,Litecoin and Ethereum are ones which is just behind Bitcoin.

You should keep in the forum and start reading. There will be too much for you to learn and the most basic questions are not important to ask here but you can find easy solutions in the google websites. Bitcoin is the first and then there are altcoins. You can try looking at them and read.

We have thousands of altcoins. Some seem to be doing ok others not. The second one is Ethereum but this doesn't mean it will be forever or that it is superior to other cryptocurrencies. It is there because of huge support it had from the beginning.

To check the next coin after bitcoin, some people can think price will be used but it is not like that, the marketcap will be used, it is the marketcap that will determine the rank of coins. On the coinmarketcap, ethereum is the second. It is the strongest altcoin.

The best cryptocurrency is Bitcoin and its next rank is Ethereum.  Cryptocurrencies are all good but there is a difference between popular and demand.  Ethereum is now in demand in cryptocurrencies.  I like to invest and trade with these coins.  However, I do not like to withdraw with this coin because the withdrawal fee is high.

In the current time BTC it the highest value but I think eth will be the next high value currency and might be another coins because we can't predict it sometimes we see that the coin pump so hard which we didn't expect and sometimes the coins dumb in a very short time but I think eth will be the next higher value..

We should take this point into consideration that the ranking of crypto coins is not steady. Since the number of investors keeps increasing and decreasing, this will change the ranking order of the coins continuously. For example, today ETH has higher volume than BTC in Yobit (BTC = 3.6, ETH = 4.6) and it occupied the first place. Tomorrow, this may change and BTC might take back its crown. Based on this fact, announcing which coin is higher or lower than bitcoin is a matter of time and market conditions. What you say today, may not be true tomorrow. Being the higher or the lower coin doesn't really matter, achieving higher or lower results is what you must attend to.
