It is not really difficult to ask an exchange to list your coin or token, you just have to pay for it. Some big exchanges requieres proofs of transparency  before listing a project but it's not mandatory...

P2pb2b is a exchange which is listed many small projects which have only zero volume on it. Why this exchange doing this. If this exchange doing the same for long term basis one day no trust of crypto market investors on this exchange. This exchange need to be specific for ieo on legit projects.

I am not surprised, when I made a deposit there in the form of 5 dollars in BNB, it did not reach me and the technical support has not yet responded to me about it.

And all the users must be actually aware about the facts that our funds needs our safety and security and the responsibility. Fake exchange level are growing high day by day. Well, personally I haven’t yet experienced anything like that mentioned above. The trading at P2PB2B goes fine and smoothly. And withdrawals work well. Sometimes, it’s annoying when you have to wait until the other users accept my orders. But it’s not the fault of the exchange as they only provide possibilities to trade and sell coins.

Its very easy to register a company in the UK. Many of the HYIP pages, that offer huge returns on money invested, on a short term basis, have their companies registered in the UK. I was scammed by 1 of these HYIP pages not to long ago. It had its UK company registry certificate on their web page. I contacted the registry office by email, showing proof that I was ripped off, screen shots of me sending the HYIP page BTC from my wallet, chat dialogues, among other things. The registry company said, that I didnt offer enough proof to show I was ripped off. They wouldnt revoke the company certificate, even when there were many more complaints about the company being a scam.

 

So, just because a company is registered in the UK or some place else, doesnt mean that it is reputable & honest. The scammers have found a loop hole to fool the investors into thinking they are a secure & reputable company.

I don't like this exchanger due to slower and unresponsive problem. When bullish market started this exchange delay in operations so opportunities are missed. Many complains against the site performances but they are not hearing anyone.
