@teebasas The first place I bought BTC was on LocalBitcoins ^^ However I consider it a P2P exchange among participants.
We can trade without exchange through OTC platforms, ie directly contacting buyers/sellers or through a reputable intermediary.

Trading without Exchange mean like playing cricket without Bat , You need exchange or trading plateform in order to do buying and selling of any coins so please choose any good exchanges to do trading.
