yes binance recently add this system and no fee require to send balance to orhet binance exchange.

you can send other user and if show fee will charge but these fee will also credit users balance.

this has been in yobit for a long time and in yobit we call it yobit codes and they help you do the same thing but people never pay much attention to yobit.

This types of internal  balance transfer I saw many exchange already given us. Coinex and mercatox exchange already provide this service but maximum traders trade in binance exchange and this is very helpful for binance user.

i didn't know this, but anyway this feature should have been available since the beginning.

because if you send something to another binance user then they don't need to move fund in the blockchain because they already own it,.

this was just a waste of money for us
