XRP and ETH both have the potential to win the crypto market. XRP can win because of fast transactions and have a large partner that makes people interested in investing.
Ethereum may have the most tokens that indicate more adoption. After they succeeded in accelerating the transaction in the second version, more and more people will adopt it. This will enlarge the market cap because it makes ethereum an open-source without flaws in speed and security. More adoptions will come.

Frankly, the Ripple currency will be a very difficult competitor for the Ethereum currency, as it is the third currency, and I believe that this currency will overcome the Ethereum currency and its price will rise very much.

To be a strong competitor to it is possible and very reasonable. As for the ripple to overcome the ethereum, I do not think so. It is not difficult, but impossible in my opinion. Ethereum has become very popular immediately after Bitcoin and this popularity will make it directly behind Bitcoin always.

Ripple has everything to comepete Ether, but not in trading and not in nature, by nature i mean ripple is centralized.

The is absolutely good praise for ripple, but let me get you to the point, ethereum has better value and trending than Ripple, many will prefer ethereum because it is decentralized coin than Ripple which is centralized coin

Ethereum is a decentralized currency that is supported by traders in the market, while the ripple is a central currency controlled by banks. I think that the ripple has no chance in front of the ethereum.

No, XRP is not a crappy coin. There is a purposeful project behind it. If it was a crap, no bank would accept it to send money between banks. The Ripple network is very useful for transferring money and it offers super fast transactions. Ripple is gaining more popularity day by day and despite being a cheap coin, it has more volume than many other expensive coins. I'm aware of ETH superiority but XRP has an exclusive position for itself.

Not sure if banks are actually using that or are they still exploring the possibility to use it? I highly doubt that any bank would use open blockchain without some sort of zero knowledge proof implementation.

Eth has the same problem, it wasn't designed regulations and needs of the institutions in mind. It's more of an idealistic workshop, but they have project "nightfall" coming in and it's offering private transactions. Those could fix a lot of problems regarding to needs of institutions.

 

There's only one project that i know of that is tackling this issue with first layer solution but it isn't either of these and i am not going to shill other projects under this thread. 😉

Both are good coins and they both have good profit according to your investing plan on them. But xrp will never win to eth, because ethereum its the second coin after bitcoin in price and uses too.
