Difference in ability and goal.
Bitcoin provides one application of blockchain technology, through which Bitcoin is paid online, unlike Ethereum whose technology focuses on running programming code from any decentralized application.
Bitcoin is a limited mark in the sense that after the extraction of 21 million bitcoin in 2140 no new currency will be extracted from Bitcoin, unlike the ether that has no one, the supply is affected by the makers of the currency itself.
Ethereum is faster than Bitcoin.In Bitcoin you need about 10 minutes to complete the transaction, but in the case of Ethereum it will not take more than about 15 seconds.
Bitcoin appeared for one purpose: digital currency, while ether grew up to function as a currency for the etherium platform.

Yes, technically, I see Ethereum much better than Bitcoin because Ethereum is a continuously scalable system unlike Bitcoin which cannot be developed and is used only as a payment method.

This is true, etherium is too one of the important coins in the market, but if etherium is best than bitcoin then why bitcoin is more expensive than etherium?? Not for now but in all years and every time before??

As we said technically, Ethereum is better than Bitcoin and it is scalable and yet it ranks second in price after Bitcoin. Bitcoin is always in the first place. The reason, in my opinion, that Bitcoin is the first currency and the most popular and trusted by all people as it is considered the mother from which all other currencies were born and therefore Bitcoin will remain the first beloved people no matter how much better currencies emerge.

Well the bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency that released on 2009, when this bitcoin meets the successful, there are coins that are released too such as ethereum, ripple etc. and this is called altcoins, the price of altcoins is depends only on the price of bitcoin but nit totally all altcoins are based on the price of bitcoin like ripple because this is have an own price.

I also think technically Bitcoin is a very advanced currency and  Ethereum is a very advanced currency for  transaction. It's true Bitcoin fees is higher than other coins, Higher value higher fees i think. I'll try the mobile application who can get ETH. You can get lower value of ETH in mobile application so low waste of time and effort. But you can earn through referrals. Sometimes in mobile game application you can get Eth also there's a lot of ways to get free ETH.

I see some post that digital currency and cryptocurrency has difference so I don't think bitcoin is considered a digital currency. By the way, thanks for such sharing information. I believe that eth will become successful and have a large amount in the future.

Yes, this is a good point that you mentioned, the ease of making it depends on the Ethereum network is an advantage but at the same time it has become a big defect in this network because of the large number of SCAM projects that exploit this wonderful feature where they are easily making a token with small capital and selling it with big profit without being There will be a real project.

yea it was a mistake but im glad they were corrected by the ethereum team because they started telling people not all projects on the etheruem network are good projects and that might have saved few people from being scammed.

They are completely two different currency. But they share the same blockchain technology to transactions but their blocks is different. Their nodes are different. They are very different. Price is different. The transaction process is only the same. Ether has a very much value in future.

They're both great coins, though. 

 

But yeah, they're different kind of like how gold and bitcoin are different.  Eth has the whole smart contract platform thing going for it, which bitcoin can't do.  Unfortunately it hasn't been used to any great effect thus far and there's only been a bunch of scam tokens created on the Eth blockchain.  I'm hoping at some point in the future it gets used for good things.

Yes, this is true despite the great advantage that Ethereum possesses, which is the smart contract system. However, these fraudulent projects negatively and badly affected the currency of Ethereum and made its price drop in such a big way.
